Subject: Sublease boat dock
Content: I have the chance to lease a boat dock for $3600 a year. It has a covered lift, small patio area, and some parking. No bathrooms or access to the above patio and small cabin area. What is the good/bad in a sublease? I have to do Q 12 mths at a time.
